Project Description
- This project is one in a series of projects part of the Consent Decree. The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for Odor Control Scrubber Buildings S0606 and S0608 upgrades.
Project Scope
- The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for: Replacement of scrubber towers, sensors, ductwork, piping, gaskets, valves, brackets, hangers, recirculation pumps, scrubber fans, chemical storage tanks and feed pumps, chemical loading areas, and containment in the scrubber buildings.
- Replace foul air ducts from Grit Chamber Building #2 to Scrubber Building S0608 and replace and install new foul air ducts from Grit Chamber Building #1 to Scrubber Building S0606.
- Replacement of all odor control instrumentation and control, including new gas monitoring devices and fire detection alarms. Replacement of ventilation systems for Scrubber Buildings S0606 and S0608.
